1845 USA (30 Sep) to Augustine Head & Co., Canton. Entire letter, sent “pr Rainbow” but crossed out to be “Great Britain”, applied with “Fowarded by J Howard & Son New York” oval seal on the flap. Scarce incoming example, not to mention the forwading agent seal.
