ROC postage due 10c x 3, tied by 25 Mar cds, matching with T30 h.s. Roughly opened at right but still an exceptional example.

1940年夏威夷寄上海，貼總統像2分，銷機戳。2.5抵上海但無收件人，鈐“Inonnu”指示戳。改寄另一處上海郵局，貼民國欠資票1角x3，銷3.25日戳，另見T30圓章。封右側打開，但仍未失為精彩難得之欠資封。
