Apichung was a temporary settlement for the construction of Yunnan-Indochina railway. It was abandoned when the railway was completed.

1908年阿丕沖寄法國，貼蟠龍2分 + 4分雙連，銷阿丕沖郵政局碑形戳。1.7經河口，1.7經老街。2.10抵法國。阿丕沖為修建滇越鐵路時的臨時工寮，在鐵路落成後便被遺棄。2016年《火車郵史研究》第一期第9頁原件。
