1909 Imperial Post registered receipt of a mail from Mengtsz to Hong Kong, applied with Mengtsz bilingual cds (dated “intercalary month”), alongside with “Mengtsz Hsimenwai” horizontal cachet. Registration fee to Hong Kong was 10c which is the same as international registration fee but this example was using receipt form for domestic registered mail.
