1915 Tihwa (22 Apr) to Turfan. Large official cover, f.w. Coiling Dragon London ovpt. ROC 1c x11, tied by Tihwa cds. Arrived Turfan (25 Apr). Coiling Dragon ovpt. ROC issues were ordered to be withdrawn from usage in Mar 1914 but they were still in use in Sinkiang until May 1915. It is the second latest recorded example.
