Arrived Tientsin Russian PO (21 Oct). Given the chaos after Russian Revolution in 1917, many Chinese merchants in Sinkiang remitted their assets back to mainland China. 500 rb is the maximum amount permitted. This type of registered label was not recorded by Danny Wong and Xie Wei Jing.
