1917 a pair of Junk 1c PSC from Chifeng and Chengteh. Former addressing to South Manchuria and uprated with Junk 1/2c for concessionary rate to Japan which is scarce. Latter was sending from the Protestant Mission in Chengteh.

1917年一對出自赤峰及承德之帆船1分郵資片。前者寄南滿 洲關東，加貼帆船半分，合寄日本特惠郵，甚為難得。後 者為承德之教會書信。
