1914 "Hoof" cover from the clerk of the treasury of Setsen Khan
province to Urtnasan. Hoof cover got its name from the drwaing of
hooves at the four corners which denotes express delivery by horse.
Hoof cover has a higher level of emergency than ordinary mails but
lower than Bird Covers. However, the rarity is equally
impeccable.
1914年蒙古“馬上飛遞封”。“馬上飛遞封”因四角畫有馬蹄而得名,以表明為需以馬匹送遞之急件。其緊急程度高於一般郵件,但低於“飛鳥封”。但稀罕程度與“飛鳥封”相比不遑多讓。
