1906 Taolaichao (6 Apr) to Odessa. Picture postcard, frankless and applied with scarce Taolaichao Russian PO cds and "209th Nikolaevsk Reserve Infantry Regiment" circular seal. Arrived Odessa (22 Apr). T&S did not record any example from this PO, hence extremely scarce. Taolaichao was located in Kirin province, south of Harbin.
