1911 (13 Dec) Russian 4k PSC posted at Volunteer Fleet to Japan, tied by Vladivostok-Tsuruga line T&S type 1 oval d.s. Arrived Osaka (30 Dec). Although the Volunteer Fleet was the main Russian Mail Line operating in Far Eastern water, surviving examples are scarce.
