1904 Liaoyang (2 Jan) to Russia. Postcard with Dragon and Eagle motif, f.w. Coat of Arms 1k + 2k, tied by Reserve FPO No. 16 cds, alongside with Liaoyang Russian PO T&S type 2 cds. Transit Chinese Eastern Railway line 266 with T&S type 1 cds. Arrived Moscow (19 Jan). Kenneth Clark recorded that Reserve FPO No. 16 was located at Liaoyang and example are scarce. Liaoyang type 2 cds, on the other hand, only recorded with one loose stamp by T&S. CER line 266 T&S type 1 cds are also scarce.

1904.1.2 遼陽寄俄國。飛龍與雙頭鷹明信片，貼軍徽圖1戈比 + 2戈比，銷預備軍郵16局日戳，旁鈐遼陽俄局T&S 2型日戳。隨後經中東鐵路266線，鈐T&S 1型日戳。1.19抵莫斯科。Kenneth Clark未記錄任何出自預備軍郵16局之例子。遼陽2型日戳同樣十分少見，T&S記錄僅見一枚舊票。中東鐵路266線1型日戳亦十分罕見。
