1903 Shanhaikwan (29 May) to Germany. Russian 3k PSC, uprated by 1k, tied by Shanhaikwan Russian PO T&S type 2 cds. Transit Chinese Eastern Railway line 262 (1 Jun) with T&S type 1 serial 7 cds. Arrived Germany (1 Jul). T&S only recorded Shanhaikwan type 2 cds on one stampless cover as transit. T&S also stated that postal material from line 262 during the early 1900s are also scarce as only a few loose stamps of CER line 261 type 1 cds were recorded.

1903.5.29 山海關寄德國。俄國3戈比郵資片，加貼1戈比，銷珍罕少見之山海關俄局T&S 2型日戳。6.1經中東鐵路262線，鈐T&S 1型7字日戳。7.1抵德國。T&S記錄中僅見一件山海關2型日戳蓋於無貼票封上作中轉戳的例子。而1900年代初之中東鐵路262線存世例子亦甚罕，T&S記錄之1型日戳存世例子僅有數枚散票。
