1916 (15 Sep) Russian 3k stationery cover from Harbin to Switzerland, uprated with 300th Anniv of Romanov 1k, tied by Harbin Russian PO type 4 cds, alongside with violet censor mark. Romanov issue was not available in the Russian PO in China but was accepted when supplied by the customer.

1916.9.15 俄國3戈比郵資片，自哈爾濱寄瑞士，加貼羅曼諾夫三百週年1戈比，銷哈爾濱俄局4型日戳，旁鈐紫色檢查章。俄國在華郵局未有出售此票，但客戶可自行提供，郵例相當珍罕。
