Cover corner trimmed per printed matter regulation. Swatow type I cds on unovpt. KGV issue is only seen in 1916 and hence scarce. Webb only recorded this cds on unovpt. KGV 1c, 6c and 8c.

1916.7.16 汕頭寄美國。印刷品封封面，貼香港佐治五世2仙，銷汕頭英局Webb I型A字日戳（Swatow之“TOW”曾被手繪修補）。邊角因印刷品要求而剪去。汕頭I型日戳蓋於未加蓋佐治五世票僅見於1916年，故十分少見難得。Webb記錄中，I型日戳蓋於未加蓋佐治五世票僅見1仙、6仙及8仙。
