1900 (30 Oct) Picture postcard from Corps Expeditionnaire de Chine to France, frankless, applied with "Section d'Aerostiers" circular seal, "CORPS EXPRE DU TONKIN / PORT SAID" transit cds (3 Sep). Arrived Paris (10 Sep). Nice example from the French ballon unit. And the Port Said cds was applied on mails by naval transports from Frenh military in Tonkin or China.
