1883 Canton (20 Sep) to Miss Maggie Craven, USA, f.w. Hong Kong QV 10c, tied by clear strike of C1 obliterator in black, alongside with Canton BPO Webb type B cds. Showing "Per PMSS City of Pekin" annotation. Transit Hong Kong (26 Sep). Arrived New York (30 Oct). Cover opened at left side. With mounting remnant. Webb recorded only 20 postcards and covers with C1 obliterator and 7 of them are Craven correspondence. This one is also a rather late example of C1 obliterator and type B combination. 1883.9.20 廣州寄美國Miss Maggie Craven，貼香港維多利亞女皇像10仙，銷清晰之C1黑色殺手戳，旁鈐廣州英局Webb B型日戳。寫有“Per PMSS CIty of Pekin”批注。9.26經香港。10.30抵紐約。封左側打開。背帶粘痕。Webb記錄中，C1封片僅有二十件，當中七件為Craven書信。另為同時蓋有C1殺手戳及B型日戳之較晚例子。1959.1 Duncan Cranford舊藏。
