Transit Shanghai (28 Apr) also with dollar cds. In combination with Japanese 10s, tied by IJPO Shanghai (28 Apr) cds. Transit Yokohama (4 May). Arrived USA (24 May). Interesting and unusual example of Foochow Dollar cds, dated intercalary month even elevates the piece.

1898.4.26 福州寄美國，貼日本版蟠龍1角，銷福州大圓戳（誤植日期4月16日而非26日），旁補蓋正確日期之福州大圓戳。4.28經上海，鈐大圓戳。加貼日本小判10錢，銷上海日局4.28日戳。5.4經橫濱。5.24抵美國。錯誤日期後補蓋之福州大圓戳有趣例子，難得，出自閏三月更是錦上添花。
