1929 (8 Aug) On Service "Test Cover" from Shanghai to Labrang, Kansu, frnakless, applied with Shensi and Kansuu Postal Commissioner handfilled d.s. Arrived Labrang (24 Sep). Returned to Shanghai via Lanchow (20 Feb). In 1929, the province of Tsinghai was founded but Labrang refused to be part of Tsinghai due to its hostilities with the muslim worlords and therefore remained in Kansu. It is the probably the first postal service example in Labrang.

1928.8.8 上海至啦卜楞郵路試驗封，背鈐陝西及甘肅郵務長手填日戳。9.24抵啦卜楞。後2.20經蘭州回到上海。1929年青海建省，但由於馬家軍與拉卜楞寺積怨甚深，故後者留於甘肅。此可能為拉卜楞最早之郵例。
