1888 (10 Nov) parcel post receipt used by Lieutenant Arthur E. Sandbach, Jalapahar, applied with "TOO LATE" cachet and Jalapahar cds, indicating prepaid postage of 8a. Probably the only existing parcel post item of the British military in Tibet.
