1913 Chabdo (18 Jul) to Postmaster of Chengtu Post Office, f.w. Coiling Dragon Tibet surch 1/2a + 1a in pair + 2-1/2a, tied by scarce Chabdo Dollar cds (dated lunar year). Arrived Chengtu. Chabdo was the last imperial post office ceased operation in Tibet. Tibet surch Coiing Dragon issues and dollar cds were used continually which made Chabdo one of the lastest post office using imperial stamps and cancellation. Ex- E M Tolman.

1913.7.18 察木多寄成都郵政局郵務長，貼西藏蟠龍1分 + 2分雙連 + 5分，銷少見之察木多大圓戳，年份為“癸丑”。抵成都。察木多是西藏郵界最後結束的郵局，並沿用西藏蟠龍及清朝日戳，是全國最後使用大清郵票及郵戳之郵局之一。E M Tolman舊藏。
