1911 Gyantse (16 May) to Lhasa, f.w. Coiling Dragon 2x 2c on reverse, tied by Gyantse dollar chop. Arrived Lhasa (19 May) with dollar chop. 2c Tibet local rate was only effective for 50 days. Only about 5 covers of this rate exist. A great rarity.
