Qianlong Year 60 (1795) large official cover from Urga Amban to Graf Baldarjav of Tusheet Khan, applied with large official elongated seal, reflecting that Urga Amban was still not qualified to use square seals which indicated full administrative power.

乾隆六十年（1795）大型公文封，鈐庫倫大臣紅色官印。該印為長形而非方形，可見當時庫倫大臣權力仍有限。
