With name seal of the postman. Arrived Peking (31 Dec). Commerical usage of Consititution issue is rather scarce, not to mention sending from Customs Kiukiang.

1923.12.27 大型公文封，自九江海關寄北京，貼憲法紀念1分 + 3分 + 帆船票8枚，合2角，銷九江府腰框漢英日戳。鈐信差名字章。12.31抵北京。憲法紀念票實寄較少見，出自九江海關更是難得。
