ca 1938 Italian gunboat Ermanno Carlotto to Rome, frankless, applied with scarce "R NAVE CARLOTTO / COMANDO" oval seal. Plus two stamp pieces applied with "R NAVE / ERMANNO CARLOTTO" cds. Ermanno Carlotto was a Italian river gunboat. After the Italian armistice of 1943 she served in the Imperial Japanese Navy as Narumi, while after the end of World War II she was used by the Navy of ROC and PRC.

約1938年意軍炮艇Ermanno Carlotto號寄羅馬，無貼票，鈐少見之“R NAVE CARLOTTO / COMANDO”橢圓形戳記。另附兩件銷“R NAVE ERMANNO CARLOTTO”日戳之剪片。Ermanno Carlotto號本屬意大利海軍，在意大利投降後被收入日本海軍，二戰後先後收編至民國及新中國海軍。
