Russian Coat of Arms 5k + 7k ovpt. “KITAI”, tied by Shanghai Russian PO index c cds in French, matching with Shanghai reisgered label in French (“e” of “Poste” omitted). Showing triangular censor mark and Petrograd censor mark on both sides. Arrived Zurich (2 Jan). No previous usage of index c cds in China was recorded.

1914.2.24 上海寄瑞士。挂號封，貼俄國軍徽圖5戈比 + 7戈比加蓋“KITAI”，銷上海俄局c字法文日戳，旁帶上海挂號標籤（Poste的e字漏印）。正背鈐三角形檢查章及彼得格勒檢查章。1.2抵蘇黎世。並無其他c字日戳在華使用的記錄。
