1901 Potao (28 Jul) to France. Picture postcard, f.w. Navigation and Commerce issue 50c, tied by scarce Potao French PO Desrousseaux type 1 cds. This small PO in Kouan Tcheou Wan was only operated by one soldier. Commercial mails are therefore extremely scarce.
