In combination with Hong Kong QV 2c x2, tied by Shanghai BPO (17 Oct) cds. Transit French paquebot (22 Oct). Very peculiar example from Wuchang but with Imperial Post and local post delivery in Shanghai.

1898.10.14 武昌寄奧國。大清第一版郵資片，加貼蟠龍1分 + 2分，銷上海八卦戳。10.17經上海工部郵局。加貼香港維多利亞女皇像2仙x2，銷上海英局10.17日戳。10.22經法國郵船。由武昌寄出，但於上海清局銷票並經工部郵局之奇特例子。
