Very scarce Small Dragon cover from Korea. It is also the 3rd Small Dragon cover from Customs Seoul cover offered by AVA.

1893.3.19 漢城寄英國，貼小龍3分銀合國內郵資，銷珍罕之漢城海關D型紫色日戳。寫有“via first mail”批示。4.3經上海海關。加貼和平及商貿神像25生丁，銷上海法局4.6日戳。3.13經巴黎。5.15抵Cainsborough。出自朝鮮海關之信封極為稀罕，此亦為艾華所曾經手的第三件漢城小龍封。
