1906 Saigon (16 Nov) to Tientsin. Picture postcard, f.w. France type 10c on image side, tied by Saigon cds. Transit Hong Kong (24 Nov), Tientsin French PO (4 Dec). Arrived Tientsin BPO (4 Dec) with Webb type A subtype II cds. It is the only recorded example of subtype II by Dr. Andrew Cheung.
