1869 Shanghai (1 Jul) to USA, f.w. Hong Kong QV 30c + 48c at top right and 6c at bottom right, tied by S1 type I and type II obliterator respectively, matching with Shanghae BPO cds on reverse. Showing "via San Francisco" annotation but actually sent via Suez. Transit Hong Kong (7 Jul), London (20 Aug). Markings "4CENTS" for trans-altantic rate and "Due 3 cents" for local redirection rate were applied. The sender probably underpaid with the top right two stamps only and he affixed the bottom left stamp afterward which explained why two types of S1 obliterator were applied. It is the only usage of two types of S1 obliterator on cover.

1869.7.1 上海寄美國，右上貼香港維多利亞女皇像30仙 + 48仙，左下貼6仙，分別銷I型及II型之S1殺手戳，背面另鈐上海英局日戳。雖寫有“via San Francisco”但實際上經大西洋送遞。7.7經香港。8.20經倫敦。“4CENTS”戳記為跨大西洋郵資，“Due 3 cents”則為美國本地轉寄郵資。 寄件人可能一開始只貼了右上兩枚票，後來補貼左下一枚，故解釋為何使用了兩款S1殺手戳。此為同時蓋有兩款S1殺手戳之孤品。
