1903 Siakwan (14 Jun) to France. ICP 1st print PSC, uprated by 1c x3, tied by Sikwan PO handfilled h.s. In combination with Indian KEVII 1a, tied by Bhamo (7 Jul) cds. Arrived France (18 Jul). Since China and India reach a postal convention on 1 Mar 1904 by which combination frankinfg with Indian stamps were no longer required. Such early combination examples are very scarce with fewer than 20 exist according to the record of Mah Lang Moe.

1903.6.14 下關寄法國。大清第一版郵資片，加貼1分x3，銷下關郵政局手填日戳。加貼印度愛德華七世1安娜，銷八莫7.7中轉戳。7.18抵法國。1904年3月1日，中國與英印簽訂郵政協議，雲南寄出經八莫之郵件毋需再混貼英印郵票，故混貼英印票之早期雲南封片十分少見，按馬蘭茂記錄存世應不過二十件。
