One of the five covers from Jehol dated 2nd ROC year.

1913.12.9 承德寄天津。紅條封，背貼楷字蟠龍3分，銷承德府腰框英漢日戳，旁鈐少見之承德府郵政信櫃碑形戳。 12.12經北京。12.13抵天津。為五件於民國二年出自熱河的信件之一。
