1933 Altanbulak (13 Mar) to Kalgan. Red band cover, f.w. pictorial issue 15m x2 on reveres, tied by Altanbulak cds. On front with T mark. Transit Peiping (Apr). In combination with ROC postage due 20c + 30c, tied by Kalgan (17 Apr). Hellrigl claimed it is the earliest cover paying 30m rate for foreign destinations but AVA recorded example dated 27 Feb. 1933.3.13 阿勒坦布拉格寄張家口。紅條封，背貼蒙古革命票15m x2，銷阿勒坦布拉格日戳。正鈐T章。4月經北平。加貼民國欠資 票2角 + 3角，銷張家口4.17到達戳。Hellrigl指此為貼付30m國 外郵資之最早例子，但艾華記錄曾見同年2月27日。Hellrigl著 《The Postal History of Mongolia 1841-1941》第259頁圖199 原件。
