1927 (29 Oct) By J. Looshnikoff from Ulanbator to Sweden. Registered cover, f.w. Mongolian 2nd issue 20m + 3rd issue 1m + 2m + 5m + 10m + 40m, tied by Ulanbator cds, alongside with registered mark. Although Looshnikoff was notorious for producing forgeries, he also produced philatelic covers with genuine franking.
