1926 Ulanbator (3 Jul) to S. Kazakoff, France, f.w. revenue stamp ovpt "POSTAGE" in violet 10c in strip of 3 + 20c, tied by Ulanbator cds. Probably Looshnikoff forgeries. J. Looshnikoff is believed to have been the postmaster of Ulanbator PO. He produced imitative ovpt. "POSTAGE" stamps with genuine revenue stamps. One of the major receipients of Looshnikoff's fake cover was S.Kazakoff.

1926.7.3 烏蘭巴托寄法國S.Kazakoff，貼印花稅票紫色加蓋“POSTAGE”10分橫三連 + 20分，銷烏蘭巴托日戳。應為Looshnikoff假票。 J. Looshnikoff相信曾為烏蘭巴托郵局局長。他在印花稅票真票上私下加蓋“POSTAGE”戳記。貼有這批假票之信封有相當一部分落入S. Kazakoff手上。
