ca 1945 a receipt f.w. Kuldja ovpt. on Sinkiang “Cigarette and Wine” revenue stamp $1, tied by black cross., alongside with multiple official checking seals and signatures. In 1945, East Turkestan Republic overprinted on ROC postage and revenue stamps with character “National Bank” in Uygur. These mysterious stamps were first recognized in the philatelic community until 1947.

約1945年一件貼用伊犁加蓋票之單據，原票為新疆省盛世才加蓋“煙酒”1元，銷黑色交叉，旁鈐多處檢查點查驗戳記及簽 名。三區臨時政府在民國郵票及印花稅票上加蓋改作郵、稅兩用票。此票一直不為人所知，直至1947年張庚伯才有所介紹。
