ca 1945 a receipt f.w. Kuldja ovpt. on Sinkiang “Cigarette and Wine” revenue stamp $1 in strip of 3, tied by cross, alongside with red official seal. In 1945, East Turkestan Republic overprinted on ROC postage and revenue stamps with character “National Bank” in Uygur. These mysterious stamps were first recognized in the philatelic community until 1947.

約1945年一件貼用伊犁加蓋票之單據，原票為新疆省盛世才加 蓋“煙酒”1元直三連，以交叉蓋銷，旁鈐紅色公章。三區臨時 政府在民國郵票及印花稅票上加蓋改作郵、稅兩用票。此票一直 不為人所知，直至1947年張庚伯才有所介紹。
