1897 Empress Dowager later 2nd print surch large figure, narrow spaced 10c on 9ca, with inverted ovpt and broken ovpt character variety (Chan 79b), used by Pakua cancel. One of the famous Empress Dowager varieties. Very Fine. About 400 examples of this variety stamp exist.
