1910 Hokow (29 Nov) to France via Siberia. Registered cover, f.w. Coiling Dragon x8, in total of 22c, tied by Hokow bisected bilingual cds. On reverse with registered mark. Transit Laokay (30 Nov), Haiphong (2 Dec), Shanghai French PO (8 Dec). Arrived Paris (29 Dec). It is the only example of mail from Yunnan Imperial Post paying French Post Office rate 22c (double weight 12c + registration 10c). It is also the earliest recorded Yunnan mail taking Siberia route intead of Indochina sea route. Very rare thus. 1910.11.29 河口經西伯利亞寄法國。掛號封，貼蟠龍8枚，合2角2分，銷河口半切漢英日戳。背面鈐掛號章。11.30經老街，12.2經海防，12.8經上海法局。12.29抵巴黎。此為由雲南清郵寄出，貼付法國客郵局互遞郵資（雙倍起重1角2分 + 掛號1角）之唯一例子。此例另為最早採用西伯利亞而非印支海路之雲南寄國外封，相當稀罕難得。馬蘭茂著《雲南郵政史1901-1949》第44頁圖1原件。《集郵2020增刊30》總636期第63頁原件。
