1904 Mengtsz (28 Nov) to USA via French Indochina and Hong Kong. Picture postcard, f.w. Coiling Dragon 2c in pair, tied by Mengtsz bisected bilingual cds. Transit Hokow (4 Dec), Hong Kong (8 Dec). Arrived New York (25 Jan). Before 1905, outgoing mails from China via Hong Kong had to be franked with British HK stamps.
