1936 Basil Gould, Political Officer in Sikkim to England, f.w. Tibet 3rd issue complete set (including perforated 4t), tied by Lhasa h.s. Originating from the 1936 Mission to the Tibetan Regent, this mail was sent by diplomatic bag. Gould visited Lhasa for six months and became the 1st British representative in Lhasa.
