Dated during reduced rate period even elevates the piece.1904.1.23 北京寄保定。紅條封，正貼蟠龍1角雙連，背貼1分，合減資時期外埠雙掛號郵資1角1分，銷“北京 / 正陽門外 / 郵政分局”碑形戳。正見掛號直戳、兩處R章及北京半切漢英日戳。1.24抵保定。由分局寄出之出色雙掛號例子，出自減資時期更是錦上添花。

Stephen Yen belived that this cds was used in Foochow Inner City branch. Also, he only recorded this Foochow City registered mark in 1902 and 1903.1905.8.29 福州寄青島。紅條封，正背貼蟠龍1分雙連x2 + 1角，銷少見之福州挖海關日戳。正鈐“FOOCHOW CITY”全英文掛號橫戳。9.23抵膠州。嚴平西認為福州挖海關日戳於福州城內分局使用。而FOOCHOW CITY英文掛號戳在嚴平西記錄中亦僅見於1902及1903年。
