Huang Yuan Min did not record first year usage of CIP 3rd print card in Yunnan.1907.12.9 蒙自寄雲南府。大清第三版郵資片，銷蒙自半切漢英日戳。12.17抵雲南府。出自內陸省份之三次片十分少見難得，首年寄用更是可遇不可求。黃元明著《清代第三版明信片》中亦未見首年使用之雲南三次片，可見何其珍貴。
