1946 Kweisui (21 Apr) to Sinhsien. Airmail cover, f.w. Central Trust print SYS $2 in block of 12 for domestic airmail letter rate $23 (overpaying $1), tied by Kweisui bilingual cds. Arrived Sinhsien (3 May). This cover predates the earliest record of airmail from Suiyuan since the end of WWII (8 Jul 1946) , not to mention that airmails from Suiyuan dated 1946 are already scarce.
