FR. No.4 / 8 AVRIL 99”, HK forwarder cachet “SIEMSSER & CO. HONG KONG” in purple. The mail is sent with late fee 10c. On the reverse side, Bockenem, Germany arrival c.d.s. (7 May). An unusual French mail in use of LIGNE N PAQ. 1938 Hong Kong (3 Jun) to Canada, f.w. Coronation 4c, tied by Victoria cds with time slug "1:30", along with "RETURNED FOR POSTAGE DUE 1 CENTS" and circled T mark. Additional KGVI 1c stamp was affixed and tied by cds with time slug ""4:00". Abovementioned due mark was therefore crossed out by pencil. The cover was then delivered successfully. Very interesting example of supplementary franking.1938.6.3 香港寄加拿大，貼加冕4分，銷維多利亞日戳（時間為1:30）。旁鈐“RETURNED FOR POSTAGE DUE 1 CENTS”及帶圈T章，故加貼佐治六世1分補資，並於4:00再銷維多利亞日戳。欠資指示章因而被鉛筆劃去。十分有趣難得之同日內補資重寄例子。
