Domestic letter rate was raised from 1c to 2c on 1 Sep 1904.1904年一對國內紅條封，出自紹興及大通，分別貼蟠龍1分及2分，鈐紹興碑形戳及各地雙圈干支日戳。外埠郵資於1904年9月1日由1分上升至2分。

Transit Shanghai Chinese PO (7 May) also with dollar cds. In combination with Hong Kong QV 5c, tied by Shanghai BPO (7 May) cds. Transit Hong Kong (12 May). Arrived Germany (13 Jun). Hangchow Dollar cds dated intercalary month is extremely scarce as “Explore Dollar Daters (1897-1913)” did not record any example. A great rarity. 1898.5.5 杭州寄德國。紅條封，背貼日本版蟠龍1 角，銷八卦戳，正面另鈐杭州閏三月大圓戳。5.7 經上海清郵，同樣鈐大圓戳。加貼香港維多利亞女皇像5仙，銷上海英局5.7日戳。5.12經香港。6.13 抵德國。《大圓戳探索（1897-1913）》中記載，杭州大圓戳尚未發現閏月例子，可見此封何其難得。

Lovely.1900.5.14 廣州寄天津。紅條封，背鈐“廣州老城內郵政局”紅色手填日戳及廣州碑形戳。貼蟠龍1分 + 2分 + 4分x2 + 5分，合雙倍重量外埠掛號郵資，銷廣州半切漢英日戳。5.23抵天津。.9經上海。4.14抵天津。大清郵政於1899年增設分局及內地分局，並使用不規範日戳。掛號更是出色。

Extraordinary registered example during reduced rate period, not to mention the last year usage of the non-standard Canton cds.1903.4.4 廣州寄天津。紅條封，背鈐清晰之“廣州老城內郵政局”紅色手填日戳及廣州“弍”碑形戳，正見掛號直戳。貼蟠龍2分 + 5分，合減資時期雙倍重量外埠掛號郵資，銷廣州半切漢英日戳。4.9經上海。4.14抵天津。此為廣州郵局不規範日戳之最後一年使用，減資時期掛號郵資更是錦上添花。
