Transit Shanghai (1 Mar), Tatung (6 Mar), Harbin (2 Apr), Arrived Tihwa (20 Apr) with postage due ovpt. ROC 10c x2. Given the Tatung transit cds, this cover was supposed to be sent via Hosi Corridor. But due to the unrest in Mongolia, the was delivered via Siberia to Sinkiang instead which required international postage. Therefore, postage due was levied. It is the only recorded Sinkiang cover with postage due stamp.1914年初門寄迪化。欠資封，背鈐初門縣郵政信箱碑形戳。貼楷字蟠龍3分雙連，銷安徽日戳。3.1經上海，3.6經大同，4.2經哈爾濱。4.20抵迪化，加貼欠資票加蓋中華民國1角x2。由大同中轉戳可見此封本走河西走廊，但由於蒙古局勢不穩，故改經西伯利亞郵路，因此需收取國際郵資。此為目前已知貼用欠資票之唯一新疆信封，極為難得。
