Post Station No. 3 is one of the rarer among Germany FPO and was located at Yangtsun. Its examples were dated only between Sep 1900 and Apr 1901. Late example of this PO.1901.4.9 楊村寄天津。大清第一版郵資片用作明信片，鈐少見之德軍野戰3局日戳。野戰3局為較難得之德軍郵局之一，其例子見於1900年9月至1901年4月間。此例甚晚。
