Then the cover was handed from Shangnhai LPO to Customs Post with scarce "REGISTERED" horizotnal h.s. Hong Kong stamps tied by Shanghai BPO (30 Nov) cds. Arrived Paris. Extraordinary joint delivery by local post, Customs and British Post.
