As this cover was underpaid for 1/2a, double postage due 1a was therefore applied. 1939.2 拉薩經帕里宗寄尼泊爾。欠資封，背貼印度佐治六世像1安娜，銷帕里宗日戳。正面鈐有帕里宗第81軍郵局欠資章及尼泊爾1安娜欠資章。由於欠資半安娜，被罰欠資雙倍1安娜。
